My husband and I purchased a plasma T.V. and were faced with the chore of finding someone to install it for us. We looked through the paper and called two different companies. I decided that the company that responded first would be the one that I would go with. The first company I reached answered my call with an answering machine. I left a message. The second company was Sound Visionaries. A real honest to goodness person answered the phone. That was the first thing about this company that impressed me. It sadly happens less and less frequently. And, I was impressed enough that I made an appointment for them to come out to install our new T.V.

Sound Visionaries came to the house and when they left we had a plasma T.V. hanging above our piano and there were no wires to be seen anywhere! They had cleverly hidden the wires within the walls of the house and put in an electrical outlet directly behind the T.V. The job was done so professionally and the result was perfect!

The two workers were very friendly and while the worked they were informing my husband about what they were doing. They suggested that if we put surround sound in the room they could hide the wires within the beams of the ceiling. We were intrigued with the suggestion and had them come back and do just that.

We purchased a surround sound system from them. The result is wonderful, there are three speakers that are mounted flush to the wall around the T.V. and two in the ceiling behind our seating area. The resulting sound is amazing! We feel as though we are sitting in a home theatre in our living room. Had it not been for Sound Visionaries we would never have put in the surround sound.

We are so glad that we had the opportunity to have this company be our installer. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. But most of all they were innovative! We were extremely pleased with their work.

Description of Work:	Hari and Brad diagnosed the problem w/ our older Bose surround-sound system, advised us on what we'd need to make it work, purchased those things (a new receiver and a new powered sub-woofer) and then installed them, spending hours to get the new equipment to interface with our 12 yr old Bose equipment.
Customer Comment:	These guys are great! Very knowledgeable about our old stuff as well as all the new electronics on the market today. Even though they spent an hour or so diagnosing the problems, and then all day the next getting the new stuff matched up and working with our old system, their labor charge was only $200. I'd use them again anytime.

Description of Work:	Purchased plasma TV and new receiver, with universal remote. Installed by wall mounting the TV and completing the entire component hookup.
Customer Comment:	Very good experience. Prompt and reliable for timing (one postponement, but they called well in advance.) Got the plasma screen through them for less than I could find it anywhere, including on-line. Also bought my new receiver through them. Nice thing was they didn't try to up sell to anything else once I gave them my criteria. Installation went smoothly and on time. They adjusted the receiver, speakers and TV and programmed the remote, in about half a day.

Customer Comment:	Second time I've used these guys and they were great. Again they were less expensive than my other bids and were very professional, including NO PRESSURE SALES. The other bids tried to do a hard sell for expensive system parts I didn't really need. They will come by and get an idea from you what your needs are and come up with alternatives w/ options and prices. Very friendly process, especially since I'm not a technophile. They were in & out in a day and did a great job with managing all the cables as well as cleaning up afterward. They also have a very small mark-up on their system parts such as speakers, as I compared their prices to ************ they were many times cheaper. Truly a good deal.
